The BoxR – #notreversible
The cable car squeaked as the old lift operator looked up.
— “Another one…” grumbled the lift operator, shaking his head as a pilot wrestled, sweating, with his reversible harness.
It looked as if he were trying to pull a hose over a beach ball.
— “Here, look at this,” said the lift operator, pulling a harness out of his hut.
“This is The BoxR. A harness that only wants to fly, with storage at the back. No flipping required.”
The pilot stared at him in astonishment.

Equipped with the AirPillow Max as standard, the BoxR is one of the most compact and lightweight harnesses in its class. This is flying made effortless.
For flight schools, the optional FoamPillow Max (Foamprotector) is available. It is especially practical for daily use, as it doesn’t need to be inflated every day. This makes the start of any flight adventure even easier.

The AirPillow is a protector that inflates by mouth or, better still, using the packing bag created for this purpose. The necessary air pressure is easily measured thanks to the resistance experienced when supplying air with the inflation bag or thanks to your lungs. Like any inflated volume, the AirPillow will increase in pressure with altitude. The length of the hose has been designed to allow the pressure to be readjusted in flight with the clamp in order not to risk rupture by overpressure.
As a reminder: PV = nRT, it looks classy in society
The removable rescue front container is your wildcard for maximum freedom. Thanks to the smart quick-release system, it can be taken off or reattached in seconds – no need to unpack the entire harness.
The rescue risers detach with just a bowline or carabiner. The result: a lighter harness for ground handling.

Dette var en spennende sele med mange gode funksjoner. Vi ser den har gode elementer fra suksess selen The Sock. Godt utvalgte materialer som gir en solid men lett sele som har et lite pakkvolum. En har valg mellom både skum eller luftpute. Luftputen blåses opp før man flyr, slik at den ikke gir luftmotstand på samme måte som en airbag gjør. Den har frontmontert nødskjerm kontainer som enkelt kan tas av.
God sittekomfort som jeg synes minner om The Sock.
Dette er en sele vi varmt kan anbefale til flere type piloter, og som man kan ha i flere stadier i sin paraglider karriere.
